By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
We are not responsible for any damages occurred whilst in transit or lost/stolen parcels.
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of Elevate Collective’s control. Elevate Collective is not responsible for these fees.
In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Elevate Collective, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
