Refund policy

If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns for store credit within 21 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be free from marks, stains (including makeup or tan), odours, pet hair or signs of wear

  • Include proof of purchase

We kindly ask that you try items on with care.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How To Return

To initiate a return, please email support@elevatecollective.com.au with your order number.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back to the sender address on your parcel, as returns sent without prior approval or to the incorrect address may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via digital gift card and does not expire.

Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition and are carefully inspected before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged or with a visible defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault that becomes apparent after wear, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue fairly.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Snagging or fabric pulls

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper washing or care

  • Alterations or misuse

  • General fading, stretching, or natural deterioration over time

Each claim is assessed individually.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
